What do you feel helps attract more readers/followers to your blog?
Showing people who you are, and being humble enough to blog like its my first time. I guess just be you, but entertain others at the same time.

How about what's your beauty routine? Care to share?
Well I have acne prone skin so I breakout sometimes. I use Neutrogena face wash, I exfoliate ALOT, and I use a Retina type formula made by my doctor that evens my skin tone.

When will you make a trip to Atlanta?
I don't know yet. It depends on when my Aunt comes here. I don't go very often, and our vacation plans for next year don't see to include GA. Sorry Lakeitha (smiles).

I think you already answered this, but what is your profession?
I work in finance for a huge company.

Did you and Mr. Styles have a big stylish wedding or fun honeymoon?
Actually no. We were young with not much, and I had a huge belly. We plan to have one at the 15 year mark. Of course I will blog about it once I start planning it.

How do you pick the colors for your house?
I have a problem with earth tones. I just love them soooo. I just automatically cling to browns and blacks. But I use my inspiration photos to guide me.

What is your favorite restaurant?
It depends on my mood. I love spicy spicy foods. So far Razoos has been the only place that cools my need. I like to taste the spice in my food. I don't have to visit a 5 star restaurant and order
a la carte to be happy. Actually there was a cafeteria here called Wyatt's back in the day that was my favorite. I would walk in and get my tray, ask for chicken fried steak with no gravy, macaroni and cheese, broccoli/cheese, two rolls, and iced tea. Talk about happy.

What motivates you to post daily?
I don't want to disappoint my readers. I know as a reader myself of other blogs, I look for them to be consistent so I try to be.

Do you post daily or schedule several posts at a time?
I schedule alot. It's just easier that way.

Do you have a full-time job?
YES INDEED. Plus 2 kids, a hubby, and younger sister. So that is 2 full time jobs.

Do you buy something EVERY day?
It depends. If I go to Homegoods during lunch its automatic. Problem, I know. But I am careful to stick to a weekly budget if I do.

How long did it take to build your blog following?
I am going to say maybe at 5 months it started to show promise of a read blog.

Did you always know what kind of blog you wanted to create, or did you know from the start what your blog would be about?
I had no clue at first. My first 3 posts were about fashion, but interior design caught my eye and I was stuck.

Where do you find your inspiration?
Blogs and magazines inspire me so much with interior design. With fashion...vintage styles inspire me. My husband getting dressed before me always inspires me because I really like his style.

Have you attended blogger conferences?
No I have not. I wish there was something here. The bloggers that live here that are a bit out there seem to only socialize with....hmmm... how can I say this with tact. Lets say I am "A"=Target, and others are "B"= Neiman Marcus. I have seen them post on meeting up with other "B's" rather than "A's"

Who is your style icon?
My style icon at the moment is a cross between Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, First Lady Michelle Obama, and Gwen Stefani

If a natural disaster was coming your way and you had ONE MINUTE to grab your MOST PRECIOUS & ESSENTIAL beauty items...what would you grab?

If someone wrote a book about your life(w/ your input),what would the title be?
"Tam, the woman behind tha look" People always seem to think I am mean, or that I have an attitude because of this look they say I have on my face. I am not aware or conscious of this look, so I find myself explaining to people that I am ok. At this point in my life though I have found that if people decide to judge me based on a "look". Then its not my problem, but theirs.

What is your favorite thing to do on a Sunday afternoon?
Just lay......

What do you think the secret to a good life is?
Positive relationships, and being happy with yourself. Also filtering people from your certain aspects of your life. Not everyone has great intentions.

What do you think the greatest invention is in your lifetime and why?
Wireless Internet

Do you have any HIDDEN talents such as singing,sewing,computer genius,carpentry...?
I have always been the electronics person in the family. Even as a kid my Granny would have me put together everything. I was an only child for 8 years and no father around to put things together for me. So I read, and taught myself...and it just continued.
