...Customer Service, Act II (DO TELL)

Ok..so yall recall this post earlier this week right? Well there was a part two that I didn't post because I didn't want to spoil the mood. But...hell customer service was just bad at that mall that day. The mall is the "high end" mall around here..you know the ones that house Neimans, Nordstroms, etc. Well after my Honey and I left Anthropologie we stopped by another store that sells high end mens clothing as well as women. The decor of the store was so vintage and nice it pulled us in. Then we made our way to the shoes that my husband loved. We were in the store for over 10 mins. It was us, one other customer, and 2 sales associates not doing a THING. I made eye contact with one, and he still didn't say jack, just rude. So my husband was looking at the shoes, and I was pumping him up to try them on, and says LETS GO! I was shocked because he reaaaaally liked them. He was upset that we were not given the time of day. There was no hello, can I help you, do you need a size, nothing...And it bothered him because they were not busy, and damn near avoided us it seemed. But...we walked in with gym shorts, and VS Pink sweats on, so maybe we looked broke to them so they figured why bother with us. So since they upset my Honey...It was gonna go down...my Love doesn't bother anyone, don't mess with my man! I think I ended up more upset than him..I am a woman...So I got on this computer and sent an email to them letting them know what happened and how unacceptable the service was. By surprise I received an email from the CEO of the company offering us a HUGE apology via a generous gift card, his cell number, and long personal email that he sent at 3am. I was in aww that he took the time to respond. Usually I get those cookie cutter responses that we all get. I cant say that we haven't encountered this behavior before from sales reps, but sometimes enough is enough...

The Home Kissing Pleat Comforter Set by Target is the BEES KNEES. I love this. There is something about it that says OLD ROMANCE...I dont know..either way its hot and under $95. I could see mixing the colors of course..nothing uniform. The white with some green, or the brown with a powder blue or teal? Yummy huh? So many options.

In a PINK world

I dont think I ever shared one of my favorite bags ever in my bag collection. This "PINKY" is so pretty in real life and is a real head turner...From my office to my bag, there is something about a nice colored pink that just gets me going. I took this picture of it on a bush and the green just made the pink poppppppp!

The bottom of the bag is cold crackle leather. This stock photo does not do it justice because the cracking of the gold is what really makes it hot.

I could not resist this post! I hope my readers watched the season premiere of THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA. It was very entertaining, and ended with a bang. I just loved when Sheree asked him WHO GONE CHECK ME BOO? Priceless...I think I am still laughing.

And to Sheree...girl tell your ex to KICK ROCKS. What kind of man stops paying the mortgage on a house that his children occupy, allows it to foreclose, and then doesn't say a damn word. Even the "hardest" of women have a breaking point. Keep smiling....

Project Runway Season 6

Yall its about to be ON! My favorite show is returning for a 6th season after all the legal battle with Bravo, and they are starting it off right with an all star challenge including favorite designers from the past seasons. Look for Santino Rice, Sweet P, Michael Knight, Korto Momolu, Chris March, Daniel Vosovic, Jefferey Sebelia, and Uli Herzner. Sounds like that will be some fun. The new cast is below, and I look forward to them bringing the heat! Airs on Lifetime August 20 at 8pm.

I have been in love... but they are the rave on ebay as it seems I am not the only person after one now, and I have lost all my auctions. Since I started buying the vintage cameras , I love looking at them and would like to expand in some from and these are perfect. Sitting on a coffee table, or on a shelf..FAB!

(I think this one is a bit to huge for my formal, but if I had a big ole room it would be perfect)

Dreaming

I started this set in my head as dream. I usually never ever ever do white because my kids are too...(coughing) anyway...So let a girl dream and see how far this "room" gets. Ya never now.

Are you watching DESIGN STAR?

Is it me or are more SELF TAUGHT designers coming to the forefront? I think that is great being that I am a learning as well. It reminds me of The Food Network. The biggest star Rachel Ray is not a CHEF, and since then they have brought in more cooks, and not chefs. We just all want to make a room look good schooled or not! If Nate Berkus can do it...

But so far so good... there have been two episodes and I am entertained. It comes on every Sunday at 10pm (eastern).

It's calling me........

You know how somethings that you want never leave your dome? Well that is what is happening with me right now. I swear NATE BERKUS wont leave me alone. His product is calling me...This mirror is the bees knees and can be stained so why don't I have it? It is huge and I love sunburst anything...And the rug..oh the rug in 8x10 for under $160, how sick is that price. Joi bought the rug in Mink (brown) and it looks great in her room. Lynett bought the Blue and it looks fab. What is a girl to do? The moment I turn my head, they will be gone...My birthday is coming up next month so I need to focus...focus, focus, focus..yall know what I mean right? Home decor, me stuff..Home decor, me stuff..(weighing hands)
