I have been wanting to share this dress with yall for the longest. It's from Target and its only $29.99...I love it so much its hanging up in my office just so I can look at everyday. It has the fitted tank, with the tulle bottom. TOO CUTE and very Carrieish. The other dresses below are all from Etsy, which means someone else has Carrie fever as well.
